Today
I am getting to this place in my life where I do not know what to do with myself. I feel completely lost right now. I want to be so many things, a writer, a photographer, a singer/songwriter, a painter, a hairdresser, a teacher, a musician. I have always been a jack of all trades, and I have so much potential, but I just do not know which way to go. I hate how structured everything is....

So I am not going to get into an elaborate discussion about radical feminist critique or theology or anything like that, but it just strikes me as odd that patriarchy ever seemed logical. If patriarchy arose out of the agricultural revolution and the need to be sure of the legitimacy of one’s children, wouldn’t the easier route be to establish a matriarchal society? I mean after all...
